In 1985, Sonny  bought, rebuilt, and renovated  the old San Francisco 407 building – located in front of Plaza Colon, in Old San Juan – that was in decay. 

In 2008, he designed and built a Chalet in Guaynabo, his residence. Newspaper El Nuevo Día did a report on this chalet that was published under the ‘Por Dentro’ section covering its central pages on March 30, 2013. 

Sonny has restored historic buildings, designed, and built restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, game centers, night clubs, discotheques, gazebos, fountains, houses, villas, apartments, logos, store fronts and their interior design, among others.
